ENGLAND have held on to sixth place in the FIFA world rankings — despite caving to Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s masterclass in the recent friendly defeat to Sweden.

The pony-tailed forward scored an incredible FOUR goals, including an outrageous overhead kick in stoppage time, as the Three Lions lost 4-2 in Stockholm.
Nonetheless, Roy Hodgson’s men have not moved in the list, while Wales have dropped 16 places to 82nd.
Chris Coleman’s side have had a nightmare World Cup qualifying campaign, winning just one game against Scotland, who in turn have dropped two places to 72nd.
Northern Ireland are the only home nations side to improve upon their ranking, jumping up 17 spots to 96th.
